There are two types of diplomas in Russia - state and standard.

State diplomas are issued by public universities and rare commercial universities upon completion of first and second higher education.

We're issuing a standard diploma. Almost all commercial universities issue a similar diploma as a result of retraining programmes.

We chose the standard diploma, because the state diploma is subject to strict and meaningless conditions of program composition, which instead of working with neural networks oblige us to focus on English, physical education and basic programming topics. These disciplines are required by the state for a state diploma in programming.
